All participating schools to pay an affiliation fee of R150,00
Banking details will be provided with a payment schedule.
No payments will be taken on the day. All monies to be paid prior to your festival.

Entry fees won’t be reimbursed unless the festival is canceled by the organisers.
Because we are a traveling Eisteddfod, a minimum number of entries will be required to make it a viable visit. We will notify you of the required numbers before entry fees will be accepted.
All participants will receive a certificate. Groups & choirs will only receive one certificate per group. Additional certificates can be ordered.
We do not supply musical instruments, sound equipment, etc. That is the responsibility of the schools and participants.
A copy of the work to be performed must be submitted to our adjudicator where applicable.
Participants failing to turn up on time may be disqualified at the discretion of the adjudicator and time schedule.
Keep at the time limits as specified. Participants may be stopped if they exceed their time.
Performances and written work may be presented in Afrikaans or English. Choirs & soloists may sing in other languages.
If a participant fails to turn up, they may not be replaced by another person as certificates will be pre-printed.
